Olivier Darrason served almost 20 years in the public service with a strong focus on defence and security: among other positions, he is a former member of the French Council of State. At the Parliament he was a member of the Defence commission from 1993 to 1997. Being a Delegate representing French Nationals abroad, Olivier had the opportunity to work on 3 major reforms regarding the French Army. He then served several years as the Chairman of the Board to France’s Institute of National Higher Defense Studies.
Olivier also founded CEIS (Compagnie Européenne d’Intelligence Stratégique) in 1997. This is a strategy and risk-management consulting firm focusing on economic intelligence, defence, cybersecurity.
He is an ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) graduate (Promotion d’Aguesseau 1982) and alumni from IEP Aix en Provence. Additionally, he holds a Degree in Public Law as well as in Fiscal Law & Public Finances.
Olivier is a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur and recipient of the French National Order of Merit.
