Olivier Darrason served almost 20 years in the public service with a strong focus on defence and security: among other positions, he is a former member of the French Council of State, and Member of Parliament from 1993 to 1997 where he was a member of the Defence commission. He was also Delegate representing French Nationals abroad and had the opportunity to work on 3 major reforms regarding the French Army. He then served several years as the Chairman of the Board to France’s Institute of National Higher Defense Studies.
He founded CEIS (Compagnie Européenne d’Intelligence Stratégique) in 1997, strategy and risk-management consulting firm focusing on economic intelligence, defence, cybersecurity.
He is an ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration) graduate (Promotion d’Aguesseau 1982) and alumni from IEP Aix en Provence. He also holds a Degree in Public Law as well as in Fiscal Law & Public Finances.
Olivier is a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur and recipient of the French National Order of Merit.
