Nicolas von Bülow
Partner and Co-founder - nvonbulow@clipperton.net

Prior to co-founding Clipperton Finance, Nicolas started as a Strategy Consultant at Mars&Co with a focus on the Telecom, Internet and Media sectors. He then took part in the development of the French IT-dedicated investment bank NetsCapital, where he participated in more than 30 transactions (M&A, private placement and IPOs). Nicolas is an HEC alumnus and post-graduated in Finance and Economy at Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) / Paris School of Economics, where he focused on R&D issues.


Stéphane Valorge

Before co-founding Clipperton Finance, Stéphane worked for eight years in the consulting and investment banking businesses, first as a Strategy Consultant, mainly with CDC Consultants (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations group) on economic, technological and environmental issues ("key technologies" for the French industry, SMEs financing etc). He then joined the French IT-dedicated investment bank NetsCapital as a Partner, where he realized numerous M&A and private placement transactions in High Tech sectors (Telecom, semiconductors, IT services...). He graduated from Ecole des Mines de Nancy.


Thomas Neveux

Before joining Clipperton Finance, Thomas worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant with Mars & Co where he spent 6 years in various international environments, primarily focusing on the Telecom, High-Tech, Media and Retail sectors with a strong focus on corporate strategy. He graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, post-graduated and obtained a M.S. in Economics and Corporate Management at the ENSPM/IFP-School. He also holds a B.A. in General Economics.


Thibaut Revel

Before joining Clipperton Finance, Thibaut was Project Manager at strategy consulting firm Mars&co, where he worked 9 years in Paris and London, with a strong focus on High Tech and Media blue chips. He also has extensive experience in the Consumer Electronics sector. He was involved in many M&A projects, both for blue chips and for Private Equity Funds. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Paris (X 93), ENSAE and holds a Master of Science in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics.


Alexis Barba

Prior to joining Clipperton Finance, Alexis was working as a Strategy Consultant with Mars & Co where he participated in various projects including in Telecommunications and more precisely regarding the Innovation for Mobile Network Operators. He graduated from Supélec and then obtained a M.S. in Economics and Corporate Management at the ENSPM/IFP-School.


Xavier Lottin

Before joining Clipperton Finance, Xavier worked as a Strategy Consultant at Mars & Co on various projects. He mainly focused on the Consumer Electronics industry where he participated in assignments both in corporate and local Sales & Marketing strategy. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris (ENST) where he majored in Computer Science.
