Nicolas von Bülow

Prior to co-founding Clipperton Finance, Nicolas started as a Strategy Consultant with Mars & co, where he focused on the Telecom, Internet and Media sectors. He then took part in the development of the French IT-dedicated investment bank NetsCapital, where he participated in more than 30 transactions (M&A, private placement and IPOs). Nicolas is an HEC alumnus and post-graduated in Finance and Economy at the DELTA research institute, where he focused on R&D issues.

Stéphane Valorge
Partner and Co-founder – svalorge@clipperton.net

Before co-founding Clipperton Finance, Stéphane worked for eight years in the consulting and investment banking businesses, first as a Strategy Consultant with CDC Consultants (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations group) on economic, technological and environmental issues (“key technologies” for the French industry, SMEs financing etc.), then with Mars & co, where he focused on technological issues for blue chips (utilities, banks…). He then joined the French IT-dedicated investment bank NetsCapital as a Partner, where he realized numerous M&A and private placement transactions in High Tech sectors (Telecom, semiconductors, IT services…). He graduated from Ecole des Mines de Nancy.

 

Thomas Neveux

Before joining Clipperton Finance, Thomas worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant with Mars & Co where he spent 6 years in various international environments, primarily focusing on the Telecom, High-Tech, Media and Retail sectors with a strong focus on corporate strategy. He graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, post-graduated and obtained a M.S. in Economics and Corporate Management at the ENSPM/IFP-School. He also holds a B.A. in General Economics.

 

Jeremy Uzan

Prior to Clipperton Finance, Jeremy worked as an Analyst with Société Générale Asset Management – Private Equity. In 2000 he co-founded a software company dedicated to web-based solutions, during his studies. Jeremy is graduated in both Technology & Finance, holding a MS in Computer Sciences from Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris) and a Master in Finance from the French Institut National des Telecommunications.

 

Louis de Lillers

Before joining Clipperton Finance, Louis was working at Ernst&Young, where he focused on startup companies. Prior to that, Louis founded an online t-shirt store in Mexico while he was a visiting student at Anáhuac University. Louis is currently completing a Master in Management at Edhec Business School (Lille/Nice) and ICADE (Madrid).
